I started as a photojournalist at twenty — and learned early that every story has one essential frame and a hundred superficial ones. The job is knowing the difference.
In the thirty years since, that instinct has carried me through an Academy Award–nominated production, licensing deals across the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and the EU, a decade running an education company, and ventures co-founded on two continents. Director, CEO, art director — always the same job underneath: decide what matters, and ship it.
And I never did just one thing. Sculptural process, press photography, audiovisual production — with technology always running underneath. I haven’t stopped studying, and when I look back I’m struck less by the list than by the calm: after thirty years of learning, change is easy ground for me.
Kazinia is where that trajectory compounds. Every venture in this holding exists because I have stood on its operating side: 3D and rendering from production work, brand systems from art direction, distribution from licensing, and AI from a simple conviction — judgment, not tooling, is the scarce asset.
